Welcome to BidList Utah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BidList Utah website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business or trade to use BidList Utah.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to bypass security or access controls
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass, or harm other users

Plans, Bids, and User Content

You retain ownership of plans, bids, and other materials you upload. You grant BidList Utah a limited license to host, display, and share that content with the users you authorize, solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

Founding Member Access

During our initial launch phase, we may offer founding-member access at no cost. Founding-member access is a promotional offer and may be modified or ended at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided to users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms BidList Utah or its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BidList Utah does not guarantee that bids will be accepted, that users will be matched, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidList Utah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
